eLML - eLesson Markup Language
The
eLesson Markup Language (eLML) is an open source XML framework for creating structured eLessons using XML. For easier lesson authoring eLML we offer the
web-based WYSIWYG Firedocs eLML Editor and to create eLML template layouts withouth any XSLT-knowledge you can use our new Template Builder. Check out the eLML-tools page for more useful software and check the download page for the latest eLML release. The eLML project is hosted at Sourceforge and offers all the regular tools (CVS, bugtracker, forum etc.) that you might already be familiar with when working with
Sourceforge.

eLML 5.1 released today! 2009-03-11 10:24
We are very happy to announce today a new release: eLML 5.1. This new release contains a full support for creating SCORM packages out of eLML, including time tracking , etc. You can check the "SCORM and IMS" page on the eLML website under "Output Formats" for some screenshots and more information about the implementation.

In July 2008 eLML won the CATCon Gold Award at the ISPRS conference in Beijing.

Furthermore eLML was one of the 19 finalists running for the Medida-Prix 2008! In the end eLML did not win but GITTA, the project behind eLML and created with eLML, won the second prize! Congratulations!
